SUF-FIX 280F PU system is designed for spray application of polyurethane foam. The material must be applied with a high-pressure plural component spray polyurethane machine. Resulting foam has excellent physical properties and is classified according to DIN 4102 B1 norm. The foam stability and adhesion to the application surface is excellent. The applied foam density is medium but it can vary according to the numbers of layers and their thickness, atmospheric conditions and type of application (vertical or horizontal). To get a good foam adhesion the surface to be dry, not at too low temperature, cleaned from oil and dust etc. Intended end use in pipeline support, Trench breaker/plug or other general void fill applications requiring fast reactivity. Also, reaction profiles suitable for over the floor, on wall and under the ceiling.
